  • Jadon Sancho was spotted in New York days after his public spat with Erik ten Hag
  • The winger's future at Manchester United remains uncertain, with the club reportedly lining up a replacement
  • Sancho's outburst on social media is said not to have been taken well by ten Hag

Jadon Sancho was spotted publicly for the first time after he lashed out at Manchester United's manager Erik ten Hag last weekend.

The winger went after ten Hag after he questioned his commitment in training sessions in the build-up to the away game at Arsenal, which they lost 3-1.

The Dutch tactician was categorical that Sancho had been dropped from the squad, insisting that he had not met the criteria to be selected for the showdown at Emirates.

The England international fired back in a statement on X, insisting that he had conducted himself well and had been a 'scapegoat' for a long time.

With the two now set for talks, Snacho was spotted with Aaraon Wan Bissaka in New York, where they attended NBA star John Wall's birthday, as shared by @UtdDistrict.

Both players were not called up for national duty by Gareth Southgate and had some time off before resuming training.

Jadon Sancho's future at Man United

The photo comes at a time when reports have now emerged that Manchester United are lining up a shock move for former Aston Villa man Anwar El Ghazi as they seek to move Sancho on in January.

El Ghazi is currently a free agent after his contract at PSV Eindhoven was terminated on September 4. Sky Sports' Paper Talk indicates that the Red Devils could move in for the Dutchman to address their wingers issues, with Antony also set to be out for an undefined period.

Inside Jadon Sancho's troubled career

Where did it all go wrong for the young, talented Sancho, who had the world at his feet at Borussia Dortmund?

Unsurprisingly, this is not the first time the 23-year-old has rubbed shoulders with authorities.

As Sports Brief reported, here is a player whose abilities, on his good day, no one can question, but has time and time again been weighed down by poor decisions or, to put it loosely, lack of discipline.
